Juicy Basil Hayden
1/4 parts Basil Hayden Bourbon
1/2 part DeKuyper Triple Sec
Splash of Orange Juice
Splash of Cranberry Juice
Splash of Simple Syrup
Combine all ingredients in a mixing tin with ice. Shake well. Strain into a rocks glass with ice.
Basil Hayden’s Last Stand
1 1/4 part Basil Hayden Bourbon
1/4 parts Absinthe
4 dashes of Bitters
1 Lemon Wedge
Splash of Soda Water
In a pint glass, add absinthe to thoroughly coat the glass and drain, pouring off the excess. Add Basil Hayden Bourbon and bitters to the glass. Squeeze and drop in the lemon wedge. Fill the glass 3/4 full with ice and stir contents swiftly for 20 seconds, top with soda water, Cheers to summer time.
